We highlight the EJA – Education for Young People and Adults project, a partnership developed with the municipality of Rondonópolis-MT, where employees have the opportunity to complete their elementary and high school education. The company provides the infrastructure, while the municipality provides the teachers and teaching materials.

One of Agra Foods’ principles is to guarantee the health and safety of the work environment. To this end, our facilities are maintained in accordance with current legislation, and we invest in employee training, safety procedures, and the professional development of our specialized occupational safety team, in addition to providing all necessary personal protective equipment.
